Ada hari-hari dimana kita menghabiskan waktu berjam-jam hanya memandangi selembar halaman kosong, berusaha yang terbaik untuk bisa memulai dengan baik. Kadang-kadang, artikel tersebut sudah hampir selesai, dan hanya membutuhkan sentuhan terakhir … tapi sayangnya, kita bingung!
Kebuntuan penulis adalah isu yang umum dihadapi seorang yang berprofesi sebagai penulis, dan bisa disebabkan berbagai alasan – stres, tidak ada inspirasi, atau bahkan persepsi bahwa pekerjaan mereka tidak cukup baik. Tapi bagi kebanyakan penulis profesional, alasan tersebut bukanlah alasan untuk diberikan kepada atasan kita. Jadi, bagaimana kita bisa melewati rintangan ini?
Latihan Kata – Kumpulkan beberapa kata secara acak, dan susun kata-kata tersebut menjadi kalimat. Setelah itu, mulailah menulis dari kalimat-kalimat yang telah kamu susun. Siapa tahu itu akan membawamu kemana-mana!
Bagaimana kamu mendapatkan kata-kata acak tersebut? Kamu dapat menemukannya melalui game kata-kata seperti Bookworm Adventures (menyatukan huruf-huruf berdekatan bersama-sama untuk membuat kata-kata) atau bahkan melalui berbagai jenis majalah!
Meminjam Adegan – Jika kamu merasa sedang kekeringan imajinasi, mengapa tidak meminjam inspirasi dari cerita lain?
Dapatkan ide-idemu dari buku cerita, atau bahkan dari situs favoritmu. Mainkan game dengan alur cerita yang menarik, seperti Youda Fairy dan terinspirasi oleh karakter dan adegan yang menakjubkan!
Atau, membaca pengalaman hidup nyata dari majalah, surat kabar, atau dari sebuah situs media sosial. Siapa tahu, kamu akan bisa bertemu dengan alur cerita yang lebih baik daripada adegan yang kamu pinjam tadinya!
Ambil Cuti – Terkadang, berada di lingkungan yang sama sekali berbeda akan memunculkan ide yang baik untuk menulis. Jalan-jalan keluar rumah, mendengarkan musik, atau memainkan game yang lucu akan menggelitik tulangmu. Pemandangan baru akan memicu beberapa pemikiranmu, yang dapat menjadi topik yang baik untuk dimulai.
Sebagai seniman kreatif, penulis akan selalu ‘kehabisan ide-ide’ saat ini atau masa mendatang. Namun, yang penting adalah selalu tekun dan tidak menyerah pada tugas yang ada di tangan. Hanya setelah itu, karya terbaik kita akan tercipta.(linknya)
